Job Key Details 

Respond to phone calls and redirect them
Create and maintain a filing system
Make sure the work station is tidy at all times
Generate and share correspondence, memos, and forms
Assist in the completion of regular reports
Monitor levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
Receive payments from the clients
Organize appointments and plan follow-up appointments

Job Qualifications and Experience 

Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
Practical experience in the same role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Should have knowledge in cashier duties
Good interpersonal skills
Expertise in Ms Office suite i.e. Word, Excel, etc
Only female Filipino candidates are required to apply
Must be on visit visa
