To provide general administrative support to the Finance & Accounts department on various admin related tasks.

  • Segregation & Checking Invoices: Segregate invoices as per suppliers & determine those which has discrepancies
  • Filing: Filing of Payment Vouchers and Important Documents
  • Payments/Making Cheques: Preparing and Booking Cheques & Payment for Suppliers
  • Cheque Release: Prepare a list and coordinate with suppliers for cheque release on a weekly basis
  • Utility bills & Petty cash: Maintain utility and petty cash payment trackers; support in processing the payments
  • Audit support: Support during Stat as well as Internal audits
