Job Key Details

Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Manage phone calls and correspondence
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures

Job Qualifications and Experience 

The ideal candidate for Office Administrator must have relevant qualifications for this role
Should have Experienced in handling day to day office functions
Must be fluent in English and Arabic

The ideal applicant should have at least three years of experience within the same field

Excellent attention to detail
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work fast under pressure
