We require eligible candidates for the post of Office Admin in Dubai. Candidates who are interested can forward a resume.
- Answering and managing all the incoming calls on the office telephone system.
- Greeting and announcing all of the visitors to the admin office.
- Accurately filing all of the daily office paperwork.
- Receive and distribute mail and packages.
- Maintain contacts and document communications in CRM.
- Assist with travel and hospitality arrangements.
- Schedule appointments, attend project meetings, take and produce meeting minutes.
- Prepare meeting materials and presentations.
- Support employee expense reports and timesheets.
- Provides general office support to include but not limited to: ordering office supplies etc.
- Minimum one year experience as Ofiice admin.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently or in a team.
- Ability to multitask and have exceptional organizational skills.
