We require eligible candidates for the post of Office Admin in Dubai. Candidates who are interested can forward a resume.

Job Details

    • Answering and managing all the incoming calls on the office telephone system.
    • Greeting and announcing all of the visitors to the admin office.
    • Accurately filing all of the daily office paperwork.
    • Receive and distribute mail and packages.
    • Maintain contacts and document communications in CRM.
    • Assist with travel and hospitality arrangements.
    • Schedule appointments, attend project meetings, take and produce meeting minutes.
    • Prepare meeting materials and presentations.
    • Support employee expense reports and timesheets.
    • Provides general office support to include but not limited to: ordering office supplies etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience as Ofiice admin.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Ability to multitask and have exceptional organizational skills.
