HR Executive Abu Dhabi
This is a stand-alone HR role that requires high responsibility and a multitude of skills. Reporting to the Managing Director, some of the more regular aspects of the roles include:
Providing counseling and coaching to managers on performance, developing policies and procedures are ensuring they are compliant, developing job descriptions, 360 recruiting, payroll management, knowledge of employment, providing on-going development and participating in company-wide projects.
To be considered for an opportunity to build on your career in HR, you will need to have proven HR experience in a similar position within IT.
Tertiary qualifications are essential, along with intermediate Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Advanced written and verbal communication, a strong work ethic and a mature and resilient approach, are all required for this position.
You will also need to have an approachable personality with a great sense of humor!
