Corporate Account Manager – We’re looking for an Account Manager who is energetic, creative and understands the value of nurturing customer relationships.
The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, exciting environment, and enjoy the management of all of the post-sales activities of our corporate accounts to help drive both customer satisfaction and incremental revenue.
This team leverages key enterprise contacts and works with current accounts to not only maintain relationships, but also increase revenue by expanding existing services and introducing new ones.

Responsibilities – Corporate Account Manager
Managing corporate accounts while simultaneously driving customer satisfaction
Up-selling products and services to existing customers
Quickly identifying At-Risk customers and developing a plan to improve satisfaction levels
Be the voice of the customer to all divisions, leading the way to improve the customer experience
Collaborate with Operations & Marketing to drive incremental growth in each company we currently serve.
Leverage both phone activity and in-person meetings to achieve maximum efficiency
Document all activities in our CRM and Sales tracking software
Have the composure/experience to successfully navigate through a crisis
