The Analyst, Talent & Culture provides general, administrative and compensation & benefits support to the Dubai Regional Office and Talent & Culture teams in the Middle East & Africa region.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • In partnership with hiring managers, execute the recruitment/ selection processes to ensure that the Dubai Regional Office has the right talent in the right roles. Engage in activities that assist in identifying talent inside and outside the organization.
  • Coordinate preparation of new employee starter documentation, including contracts, signing of policies and procedures, and visa process.
  • Oversee on-boarding procedures to ensure new employees feel welcome and all team members are prepared for the new talent arrival, including management of the Internal Communications system.
  • Manage the administration of the online annual performance management process, in line with the Leadership Capability Framework.
  • Coordinate the annual Employee Engagement Survey for the Dubai Regional Office team.
  • Manage the administration of the annual compensation & benefits market data survey submissions for all MEA hotels, either directly or through the local Regional Office.
  • Manage the administration of the Salary Review and Bonus process for all Regional Offices.
  • Assisting in the collection and consolidation of Talent & Culture Analytics/ Metrics for the Middle East region.
  • Maintaining the Talent & Culture Management System.
  • Responsible for coordinating and liaising between the company and Government organizations/authorities and be in charge of all government related services.


  • Degree in Human Resources or related fields
  • Required to be competent/ advanced in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Fluent in English and Arabic. French is a plus

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience
  • Ability to multitask many projects/ initiatives at once, at a high level of quality and to tight timelines
  • Knowledge of Dubai Development Authority
  • Ability to work autonomously with use of initiative and self-motivation
  • Strong organizational/ project management skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solver with ability to seek pragmatic solutions whilst maintaining integrity
  • Strong team working skills and able to work effectively and both manage and contribute to a team
  • Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures
