We are searching for a motivated Accounting Assistant who is an excellent multitasker with exceptional communication and time management skills. Accounting Assistants can expect to assist the Accounting department with data entry, processing, and recording transactions, updating the ledger, assisting with audits or fact-checking, and preparing budgets and reports. You should be thorough, accurate, and honest with good bookkeeping skills.
To be a successful Accounting Assistant, you should have an understanding of basic Accounting principles and proficiency with computers and software, such as MS Excel or Quickbooks. You should be trustworthy, efficient, and organized.
In this role, you should be well-organized and adaptable. Attention to detail and communication skills are both essential. If you also have experience with project management and account service, we’d like to meet you.
Your goal will be to ensure we provide excellent service to our customers.
The ideal candidate should have working experience of 1 to 2 years.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for preparing and fact-checking invoices before sending them to customers.
Calculating and checking payments to ensure accuracy.
Should also manage petty cash.
Calling customers for payment follow ups.
Preparing and gaining approval for purchase orders.
Scanning, filing and logging accounting documents.
